		<description>The XNA framework is made to ease development on both PC and Xbox 360 games. I&#039;m not sure if the games developed using the Express version will work out of the box though, but it sure is possible.

I&#039;m guessing that Live Arcade game development will increase when the games are made available to the PC crowd as well, even if it&#039;s limited to Vista at first. There&#039;s 10m sold Xbox 360&#039;s or so, but I&#039;d reckon Vista will outsell the Xbox 360 fairly early in its life cycle.</description>
