Widen Your Audience Reach 0

A target audience means customers, which in turn mean business revenue.  An earning enterprise has the staying power to allow a business to fulfill its other goals which may not necessarily be monetary in nature.  In the blogging world, finding a specific niche to write for is the key to a captive audience that is more likely to patronize the site.  In hotly contested niches, it is a must to promote your blog.

It is very easy for bloggers to get lost in their own world while writing  and in the process forget the fact that they also need to write for others.  They need to do this through contents that relate to readers in a language they can understand.  While it is a safe presumption that most regular readers are able to understand the terminologies unique to a specific field, it wouldn’t hurt to widen the audience reach  by providing articles that can be understood by the general audience.  In a way, it is a form of strategy to increase readership.

Blogs that concentrate on specific gadgets as well as their applications and uses should consider laying the foundation for the less-techy readers by providing backgrounders and other easy-to-digest information that could lead to better understanding.  In this way, they would be better equipped to appreciate more complex information if they are truly interested in pursuing the subject.  Readers will keep coming back if they are able to find the information they need.

You, as a blogger, can make online readers aware that your blog has the information they seek by having it reviewed by a reliable site such as Blogsearchengine.com.  For a standard fee of $ 14.99, your blog gets the benefit of a review published in the site with a backlink provided to your blog.  The sign-up and payment process is quite simple and can be finished in a minute.  To widen your audience reach, you need to get the word out about your blog’s existence.  Further exposure and backlinks are provided by the site’s more advanced membership programs.

Strategy mayhem with Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 Commander’s Challenge 0

Strategy type games have always been the domain of PCs mainly because the many controls are best suited to a keyboard and mouse setup. But lately, consoles are showing that strategy games can be a viable genre for it, too.

Action and strategy fans will love the fact that Command & Conqure Red Alert 3 Commander’s Challenge has been released on Xbox Live Arcade a few days ago.

The Commander’s Challenge will pit you against different commanders (including the WWE‘s Ric Flair) as you try to defeat 50 different challenges. You will employ different units, including the formidable Giga Fortress, Cryo Legionnaire and Desolator.

Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 Commander’s Challenge is 800 points at the Xbox Live Arcade.

Worms 2: Armageddon inches its way to Xbox Live 0

One of the first games I played on my first PC was Worms. I loved turn-based strategic warfare that doesn’t lose its sense of humor. One of the more popular versions of the Worms game was Worms Armageddon, with its really nice maps.

New gamers will now get to play a new Worms game on their Xbox 360. Ten years after the release of Worms Armageddon, the Xbox will see a new game. Worms 2: Armageddon is being touted as the most featured packed version of the game yet. Playing Worms is so much fun with friends but with a PC, sharing a keyboard was just not so enticing (this was before the advent of the now de riguer online multiplayer). The Xbox 360 version will now offer four player online and offline multiplayer as well as voice support to really keep the heckling going. There will be new weapons added to the Worms arsenal too, but you can also expect the staple weapons that appeared in past games, including the powerful Holy Hand Grenade. There will also be new play modes, skins, hats, and speech banks to choose from. Of course, the single player game is no slouch either with a number of different play modes like deathmatch, race, fort games and puzzles.

You can get Worms 2: Armageddon for 800 Microsoft Points.
